1. Mr. Mohite, learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant submits that there is an interim order passed by the earlier bench consisting of Hon'ble Shri Justice R.N. Laddha on 7th October, 2024.

2. Mr. Rakesh Patkar for Respondent No.2 submits that the order dated 7th October, 2024 does not amount to an interim relief granted by the Court. Therefore, this Court should hear this matter on merits as this Court assignment is of anticipatory bail matters of the year 2024.

3. Since Mr. Mohite, learned Senior Counsel has raised the issue about the Notice dated 8th February, 2024, Registry to verify and place the matter before the appropriate Court.

4. Liberty to move the same Court.
