The matter is today moved for continuation of that statement since the matter could not be taken up by this Court as the issue which

In view of the recent circular and the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 7th February, 2025 in Writ Petition (Criminal) No. 55 of 2025, Shekhar Prasad Mahto @ Shekhar Kushwaha vs. The Registrar General, Jharkhad High Court & Anr., the matter would be taken up by this Court. 4.

Hence, the matter to come up on board on 18th February, 2025, under the caption 'Urgent Circulation'. 5.
