Issue notice to the respondent No.2. Investigating Officer to serve notice to respondent No.2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that both the applicant and the prosecutrix are of legal age and their relations were consensual. The applicant is ready to cooperate with the investigation and will attend the police station. The applicant is also ready to surrender his mobile phone.

The learned APP seeks a short accommodation as the investigating officer is not present and makes a statement that the applicant will not be arrested till the next date provided the applicant

Accordingly, the applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station on 4th , 5th and 6th October 2024 between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m., surrender his mobile phone and cooperate with the investigation.
