Ms. Punde, learned counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that inspite of specific directions given by this Court to the Applicant by an order dated 7 October, 2024, the Applicant has chose not to attend the office of Respondent No.1. 2.
This Court by order dated 7 October, 2024 had directed the present Applicant to appear before Respondent No. 1 (Senior Intelligence Officer, Central Intelligence Unit) on 9 October, 2024 and thereafter as and when called by the said Officer. Harish

Mr. Navale, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant did not receive any information from the Department to attend the office of Respondent No.1. 4.
The present Applicant is a forwarding agent and a person who exported the restricted goods is absconded. It appears that though the order was passed on 7 October, 2024 in the presence of Advocate appearing on behalf of the Applicant, the present Applicant has purposely chose not to attend the office of Respondent No. 1.
As a matter of last chance, the Applicant is directed to remain present in the office of Respondent No. 1 on 26 February, 2025, 27 February, 2025, 28 February, 2025 and 1 March, 2025 between 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm. The Applicant should fully cooperate with Respondent No. 1 including producing documents as demanded by Respondent No. 1.
