In this application, on 7th October 2024, this Court granted interim order in favour of the applicant, while granting time to the respondent-State to file reply affidavit within 4 weeks. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has abided by the conditions imposed by this Court, including appearing before the Investigating Officer and that he has cooperated with the investigation.
