In this application on 07th October, 2024, this Court granted interim relief in favour of the applicant, while issuing notice to respondent No.2, as offences under the provisions of the POCSO Act, are also registered in the present case.

It was directed that respondent No.2 would be served through the Investigating Officer. The applicant served a copy on the Investigating Officer for service upon respondent No.2, but, the learned APP, on instructions, submits that respondent No.2 could not be served. 3.

Hence, further time of three weeks is granted to the Investigating Officer to ensure service upon respondent No.2 4.
