Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Ms. Nilima Sarvagod, appointed Advocate for Respondent No.2 - victim would at the very outset submit that she is unable to contact the victim despite all diligent efforts. She has now requested the prosecution to assist her in this regard. Considering the nature of allegations being under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short "POCSO Act") she would submit that the instructions from the victim would be required in the interest of justice and proper adjudication of this application. 2.

Considering such request, list the application for further consideration on 15 October 2025.
