The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the FIR was lodged by a third party and not the aggrieved individual. The applicant has received Rs.15,60,000/- from the aggrieved party, Abdul Jalil, and has already refunded Rs.2,50,000/-. The applicant, to show his bonafides, is willing to deposit Rs.13,00,000/- within two weeks from today. The learned APP also seeks an adjournment as the investigating officer is not present and assures the Court that the applicant will not be arrested till the next date. 3.
