In this application on 09th October, 2024, this Court granted interim relief, subject to specific conditions, including a direction to appear before the Investigating Officer on 11th October, 2024 and 12th October, 2024.

The learned APP, on instructions submit that while the applicants did appear before the Investigating Officer on 11th October, 2024, but they did not appear on 12th October, 2024.

In view of the above, the applicants are specifically directed to again appear before the Investigating Officer on 03rd December, 2024, and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer. The other directions contained in the interim order shall continue to operate. Shrikant Malani
