Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.0602 of 2023 dated 21.12.2023, registered at Achole Police Station, District MiraBhayandar, Vasai-Virar, for offences under Sections 307, 323 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. There are two accused persons in the present case, one of whom is the applicant. 3.

A bare perusal of the statement of the informant, leading to registration of FIR, shows that specific allegations have been made against the applicant. It is alleged that the applicant assaulted the victim (informant) by means of knife, resulting in injuries. The co-accused person also allegedly assaulted by means of knife. In the face of such specific overt acts alleged against the applicant, no case is made out for granting anticipatory bail. 4.

The application is dismissed.
