By order dated 08.10.2024 this Court had granted interim relief in favour of the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, makes a statement that the dispute with the first informant is being settled. The learned counsel having instructions to appear for the first informant submits that he has instructions to seek time for filing an intervention application.

A statement is made on behalf of the applicants that they did remain present before the investigating officer as directed by this Court and that they cooperated with the investigation.

In view of the above, list the application for further consideration on 10th December, 2024 including supplementary list. 4.
