Leave to amend to add the first informant as a party respondent to this application. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is substantial delay of more than two months in filing the FIR. The FIR was filed merely on suspicion. The applicant has already attended the concerned police station on several occasions and cooperated with the investigation. The deceased was under stress due to work load. The investigation is almost over.

There shall not be coercive action against the applicant till the next date.
