None for the applicant even on second call, although this application, being an application for grant of anticipatory bail, by its very nature is an extremely urgent proceeding.

The learned APP is present and ready to argue the matter. 3.

It is to be noted that in any case, since the offences under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, are also registered, notice will have to be issued to the victim. 4.

In that light, the applicant is directed to amend the application to add the victim as party respondent No.2, by appropriately concealing her identity and address.

The amendment be carried out within one week from today. 6.

Issue notice to newly added respondent No.2, returnable on 12th November, 2024, "High on Board."

The notice shall be issued through the Investigating Officer, for which purpose the applicant shall provide an additional set of papers to the Investigating Officer within one week from today. 8.
