In this application, on 10th October 2024, amendment was granted to add the victim as party respondent No.2, so that she could be served through the Investigating Officer. 2.
On 18th November 2024, this Court noticed that appropriate steps were not taken and therefore, extension of time by one week was granted to take necessary steps and to serve the Investigating Officer, so that the victim could be served. 3.
It appears that only amendment has been carried out in the BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI DHARMENDER PRITHIANI Date: 2024.12.06 10:39:29 +0530 application. In addition to adding the victim as respondent No.2, her parents are also shown as respondents. Be that as it may, it appears that even till date, the Investigating Officer has not been served with copy of this application for service of notice on the
bipin prithiani 909-aba-2738.24.doc victim, despite orders dated 10th October 2024 and 18th November 2024.

This being an anticipatory bail application, the applicant has shown no urgency in the matter and this is obviously at his own peril.

One last chance is granted to serve the Investigating Officer within one week from today. If appropriate steps are not taken and the proof of service on Investigating Officer is not filed before this Court within one week from today, the application shall stand dismissed, without reference to Court.

If compliance is shown, list the application for further consideration on 17th December 2024, to be included in the supplementary list.

It is made clear that there is no interim order in the application.
