P. C. :
1.
This application was called out twice and on both occasions there was no appearance on behalf of the applicant. 2.
By this application, the applicant seeks anticipatory bail in connection with First Information Report No.0102 of 2024, dated 04.07.2024, registered at Police Station Deccan, Pune, for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC).
3.
The learned APP is ready for arguments. The material on record shows that the applicant herself had used forged and fabricated re-verification letter. The informant in the present case is the Deputy Director of Maharashtra State of Education Board. The Sessions Court has correctly Shrikant Malani
505.ABA.2769.2024.doc recorded that the role of the applicant appears to be obvious because she was a beneficiary of the said act of forgery and that prima facie it could be said that she was party to the conspiracy hatched with the co-accused persons. 4.
No case is made out for granting anticipatory bail. The application is dismissed.
