The applicant herein is apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.0276 of 2024 dated 02.04.2024, registered at Sangola Police Station, District Solapur Rural, for offences under Sections 406 and 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the applicant invites attention of this Court to copy of an affidavit at Exhibit C, wherein the informant has stated that he no longer has any grievance against the applicant, as the dispute has been settled through mediation. In this situation, it would be appropriate that the first informant is joined as respondent No.2 in the present application.

Accordingly, leave is granted to the applicant to join the first informant as respondent No.2. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Digitally signed by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

Issue notice to respondent No.2, returnable on 18.11.2024, High on Board. Notice shall be served through the investigating officer for which purpose, the applicant shall provide an additional set of papers to the investigating officer within one week from today. 5.

Considering the fact that the first informant appears to have stated on affidavit before the Sessions Court that he has no grievance against the applicant, for the present, this Court is inclined to grant interim relief. 6.

Accordingly, there shall be interim order in the following terms: (a) Till the next date, in the event the applicant is arrested in connection with FIR No.0276 of 2024 dated 02.04.2024, registered at Sangola Police Station, District Solapur Rural, he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond of 15,000/- and one or two sureties in the like ₹ amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. (b) The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and shall appear before the investigating officer as and when required. (c) The applicant shall not influence the informant, witness or any person concerned with the case and shall not tamper with the evidence. 7.

Needless to say, violation of any of the aforesaid conditions may result in this order being cancelled.
