On 16.10.2024, while granting interim relief in favour of the applicant, this Court had observed as follows: "2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the applicant invites attention of this Court to copy of an affidavit at Exhibit C, wherein the informant has stated that he no longer has any grievance against the applicant, as the dispute has been settled through mediation. In this situation, it would be appropriate that the first informant is joined as respondent No.2 in the present application. 3.

Accordingly, leave is granted to the applicant to join the first informant as respondent No.2. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to respondent No.2, returnable on 18.11.2024, High on Board. Notice shall be served through the investigating officer for which purpose, the applicant shall provide an additional set of papers to the investigating officer within one week from today. 5.

Considering the fact that the first informant appears to have stated on affidavit before the Sessions Court that he has no grievance against the applicant, for the present, this Court is inclined to grant interim relief."

Today Mr. Vinayak Pandit, learned counsel for respondent No.2 on instructions submits that the grievance of respondent No.2 has indeed been satisfied by the applicant.

The learned counsel having instructions to appear on behalf of the respondent No.2 shall file his Vakalatnama within one week from today. Considering the above quoted reasons recorded in the order dated 16.10.2024 and subsequent statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 today, this Court is inclined to allow the application.

In view of the above, the interim order dated 16.10.2024 is confirmed and the application is allowed, subject to the applicant continuing to cooperate with the investigation. (MANISH PITALE, J.) Ajit Pathrikar 2/2
