At the outset, Ms. Mulekar, learned APP submits that the provisions of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 ("MCOC Act") have been invoked and therefore, the Anticipatory Bail Application is not maintainable in view of subsection (3) of Section 21 of the MCOC Act. 2.

In view of the above contention of Ms. Mulekar, learned APP, Mr. Pathan, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application. He submits that a Sonali

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

The Applicant shall surrender to the police on or before 22nd February 2026. Till that time, no coercive steps shall be taken against the Applicant.
