By order dated 17th October, 2024, this Court had granted interim relief in favour of the applicant, subject to specific conditions, including a direction to appear before the Investigating Officer on specific dates and to cooperate with the investigation. 2.

The learned APP, on instructions submits that the applicant indeed appeared before the Investigating Officer as directed by this Court. A request is made to grant time, as further investigation is being undertaken by the Investigating Officer.

In view of the above, list this application for further consideration on 03rd January, 2025, "High on Board."
