The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are willing to attend the concerned police station and cooperate with the investigation.

The learned APP seeks an adjournment as the investigating officer is not present and on instructions of the Pairavi Officer of the concerned police station present in the Court, assures the Court that the applicants will not be arrested in the present crime till the next date, provided, the applicants shall attend the concerned police station and cooperate with the investigation. Accordingly, the applicants are directed to attend the concerned police station on 21, Page No. 1 of 2 ____________________________________________ 14 October 2024.
