In this application, while granting interim relief to the applicant, on 13.11.2024, this Court directed the first informant to be added as respondent No.2 and notice was issued to the said respondent, returnable today.

In view of the above, the applicant is directed to serve a copy of the application on the investigating officer within a week from today. The investigating officer, in turn, will serve the respondent No.2. 4.
