In the said order, in paragraph No.3, this Court recorded that the learned counsel for the applicants was in personal difficulty. It is clarified that the learned counsel for the applicants, at the time when the application was called out for hearing, was arguing before another Court and therefore, he could not appear in the matter. 3.
Hence, the last sentence in paragraph No.3 shall be corrected and it shall read as follows:
"Today, the learned counsel for the applicants is Digitally signed by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:
2024.12.10 18:21:53 +0530 PRIYA KAMBLI held up before another Court."
