On 22.10.2024, this Court granted the interim relief in favour of the applicants.

The learned APPs, on instructions, submit that the applicants indeed appeared before the investigating officer and in that sense, they have co-operated with the investigation.

It was indicated that some documents, that have been retrieved during investigation, indicate the role of the applicant Vipul Lathi, justifying invocation of Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Today, the learned counsel for the applicants is held up before another Court.
