The learned APP submits that he has specific instructions that the custody of the present applicant is not necessary. Mr. Jhaveri, the learned advocate appearing for the first informant, submits that Senior Advocate Mr. Aabad Ponda is appearing in this proceeding and is currently on his legs in another matter. Therefore, he requests that the matter be kept back. As the first informant wishes to be heard in the present proceedings, notwithstanding the statement made by the learned APP that the custody of the present applicant is not necessary at this stage.
