Although the applicants in these applications have not mentioned about listing of these applications, it is found that as per record the applications were supposed to be listed today i.e. 06th January, 2025. Interim relief has been operating in favour of these applicants. It is only because Anticipatory Bail Application No.3594 of 2024, of a similarly situated coaccused person was listed today, that this Court became aware about the fact that the present two applications have not been listed today.
