In this bunch, there are five anticipatory bail applications and one regular bail application filed by the accused persons. In the anticipatory bail applications, interim orders were passed in favour of the applicants, which are continued till today. The learned counsel for the applicant in the regular bail application i.e. Bail Application No. 4026 of 2024 is pressing for relief on the ground that there is no material against the said applicant in the charge-sheet.

This Court finds that the charge-sheet is voluminous, running into 5 volumes. Therefore, it would be appropriate that the material against each of the applicants is brought to the notice of this Court, so that the applications can be disposed of finally. 3.
Mr. Naik, learned APP is requested to prepare a note/chart showing the material against each of the applicants, as found in the charge-sheet and a reference may be made to the relevant pages in the charge-sheet against each of the applicants. A copy of the note/chart shall be served on the learned counsel appearing for
the applicants in advance.

List all these applications for hearing/disposal on 24th February 2025 (High on Board).
