It appears that this application was wrongly removed from the board, in the light of the recent notice dated 04.02.2025. It is pointed out that in this application, apart from the fact that interim relief was granted by order dated 25.10.2024, Anticipatory Bail Application No.1933 of 2024 filed by a co-accused person, was also allowed by order dated 09.10.2024.

In that light, there is substance in the contention raised on behalf of the applicant that this application ought not to have removed from the board.
