During the course of hearing, the learned APP invited attention of this Court to a specific finding rendered by Sessions Court, while rejecting the anticipatory bail application of the applicant, to the effect that amounts were received in the bank account of the applicant could be said to be money concerned with the fraud committed by the co-accused persons in the present case. It is also specifically recorded by the Sessions Court that the applicant has undertaken transactions with such deposited amounts.

The learned counsel for the applicant asserts that the said findings are not borne out from the material filed along with the charge-sheet.

Today, the Investigating Officer could not remain present

Since this application pertains to a prayer for grant of anticipatory bail, it is an extremely urgent proceeding. Therefore, list this application on 29th October 2024 before the vacation Court. The investigating officer shall remain present on the said date.
