INTERIM APPLICATION NO.618/2025 IN ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO. 2909/2024 1.

This interim application is filed by the informant to add him as party respondent no.2 in the anticipatory bail application. 2.

In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Jagjeet Singh & Ors. vs. Ashish Mishra @Monu & Anr., in

Diksha Rane 6 ABA 2909-2024.doc Criminal Appeal No. 632 of 2022, it is held that a victim is entitled to be heard during adjudication of bail application of the accused. 3.

In view of the same, the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Amendment to be carried out forthwith. The amended copy of the anticipatory bail application be served on the other side. 5.

In view of the above, this interim application is disposed of. 6.

It is made clear that if the amendment is not carried out, the anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO. 2909/2024 7.

The learned APP submits that the applicant is not cooperated with the IO as regards the documents sought to be produced by the IO.

The applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station and hand over the documents within his custody as asked by the IO on 25/3/2025 and 26/3/2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. 9.

The Unique Identification Authority of India to cooperate with the IO as regards the investigation to the present crime is concerned.

Stand over to 2/4/2025 under the caption "for urgent circulation".

The ad-interim protection granted earlier to continue till the next date of the hearing.
