Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is a second application for pre-arrest bail. The first application for pre-arrest bail being ABA No.3404 of 2023 was rejected by this Court by an order dated 18 December 2023, by recording elaborate reasons. 3.

The learned APP, on instructions of IO, informs the Court that the applicant has made herself scarce and despite diligent efforts, applicant could not be traced.

There is no change in the circumstances which would warrant afresh consideration of the prayer for pre-arrest bail. 5.

The application stands rejected.
