On 20th December, 2024, the following order was passed :- Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has resolved the dispute with some victims and is exploring the possibility of settlement with the remaining victims in the crime.

2. Earlier order of no coercive action shall continue to operate till the next date.

3. At the joint request of learned Counsel for the parties, stand over to 10 January 2025.

As per the instructions received from the A.P.P., the Investigating Officer has not informed about any settlement being arrived between the applicant and the complainant.

Mr.Goel who is one of the victim appeared in person and informs that no steps have been taken by the applicant for settlement. 4.
