Mr. Bhutala, learned counsel for the applicant submits that as of date, out of 7 victims, matter pertains to 4 victims, are settled. Therefore, only 3 victims remain in the present proceeding. Out of 3 victims, without admitting the guilt the applicant is ready to clear the amount of Mr. Arvind Shah within a period one week from today, so also, the outstanding amount as far as Bhagwan Pamnani will also be cleared within a period of one week from today. Therefore, the issue pertaining to Pramod Goel remains. He further submits that before the next date of hearing he will take instructions as to in what form the settlement can happen with victim Pramod Goel. 2.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant as he has shown positive efforts to settle the matter with the victims.
