Mr. Sejpal, learned counsel for respondent no.3-Arvind Shah submits that the matter of Arvind Shah has already been settled. Mr. Patil, learned counsel for respondent no.7-Bhagwan Pamnani submits that the matter has also been settled by the present applicant with Bhagwan Pamnani (Ori. Complainant).
