DATE : 2nd MAY, 2025 P.C. :- Mr.Butala, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the issue with regard to all the victims have been settled, except one (Mr.Pramod Goel and family). He submits that as per the undertaking dated 17th April, 2025 filed before this Court of the applicant Mr. Vikas Anil Singh, it has been submitted that the applicant is ready to give 6 units/shops to Mr.Pramod Goel and family after completing the entire construction, all the shops would be on the ground floor and after taking occupation/completion certificate from the Planning Authority. Further, it has been undertaken that if the said proposal is not acceptable by the victim (Mr.Pramod Goel and

KVM 2/2 910 - ABA 2959 OF 2024.doc family), then the applicant is ready to pay a sum of Rupees Two Crores Forty Lakhs, without admitting the guilt to the family of Pramod Goel, in six equal installments of Rupees Forty Lakhs each starting from 15th May, 2025 and ending on 15th October, 2025.

Mr.Butala submits that in order to show his bonafide since the summer vacation of this Court is starting from 10th May 2025, the applicant is ready to deposit on or before 9th May 2025, the first installment of Rupees Forty Lakhs.

Mr.Sejpal, the learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 to 6 is insisting for arguing this matter today on merits. This Court today is sitting only till 3:30 p.m., as this Court will be sitting in Division Bench at 3:30 p.m. There are many circulated anticipatory bail application matters which are to be heard. In view of this fact though Mr.Sejpal wants to argue the matter, this matter is adjourned to 9th May, 2025.

Stand over to 9th May, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Directions'.
