Heard Mr Raju Suryawanshi, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant and Mr Amit Palkar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State.

By this application, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in
connection with CR No.395 of 2024, registered at Shanti Nagar Police Station, Bhiwandi, Thane, for offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State, following the instructions from the investigating officer present in the Court, submits that the investigation has concluded, and the report of demarcation officer is only to be received. There is no need of the applicant's custodial interrogation. The learned APP, on instructions, also extends consent to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant.

Given the above, the application is allowed in the following terms:
ORDER
(i) In the event of the applicant's arrest in connection with CR No.395 of 2024, registered at Shanti Nagar Police Station, Bhiwandi, Thane, she shall be released on bail upon executing a PR Bond of Rs.25,000/- and furnishing one or more sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required.
(iii) The applicant, herself or through any other person, shall not indulge in any activity that may tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses.
