At the outset, the learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement that the dispute between the applicant and the first informant has been settled, as the FIR arose out of a commercial dispute between the parties. It is further submitted that a petition for quashing of the FIR by consent has also been filed in this Court.

In this backdrop, the learned counsel for the applicant prays for listing of this application on 26.11.2024, when the first informant can also remain present before this Court.

Accordingly, list this application on 26.11.2024, to be included in the "Supplementary List."

It appears that during the pendency of the anticipatory bail Shrikant Malani
903.ABA.2964.2024.doc application before the Sessions Court, an order of interim protection was operating in favour of the applicant till 24.10.2024. Although there is nothing to show that the order of interim protection was extended any further, in the light of the specific statement made on behalf of the applicant as recorded hereinabove, about settlement of dispute between the parties, the interim protection granted by the Sessions Court is extended till the next date of listing.
