On 13.11.2024, this Court had extended the interim protection granted by the Sessions Court, taking note of the specific submission made on behalf of the applicant that the dispute between the first informant and the applicant essentially concerns a commercial dispute, wherein the applicant was required to pay specific amount to the first informant in lieu of goods supplied by the first informant. It was also recorded in the said order that the applicant and the first informant have agreed to settle their dispute and the first informant may also be forthcoming in consenting to relief being granted to the applicant. In that light, the application was kept for consideration today. 2.
Today when the application is called out, Mr. N. R. Bubna, learned counsel, having instructions to appear on behalf of the first informant, has appeared and stated that he will collect a copy of the application from the learned counsel for the applicant and that an appropriate joint statement can be made on the next date of hearing. 3.
