Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State.
2.
At the outset, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in applications filed by co-accused persons, by order dated 25th July 2024, this Court granted interim relief, inter alia, on the ground that the names of the said applicants were not shown in the FIR. 3.
A perusal of the FIR shows that there is only one accused person, who has been named as the proprietor of proprietorship concern i.e. M/s. Sonitix.
4.
It is the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI DHARMENDER PRITHIANI Date: 2024.11.14 14:54:04 +0530
that the applicant was only an employee with the said proprietorship and whatever amounts were transferred into her account pertained to salary. In that context, attention of this Court is invited to the appointment letter, as also documents showing subsequent increase in the salary of the applicant. 5.
In view of the above, this Court is inclined to grant interim relief in favour of the applicant and to take this application along with the applications of the co-accused persons. 6.
List this application for further consideration on 3rd December 2024, to be heard along with the Anticipatory Bail Application Nos. 1912 of 2024 and 1914 of 2024. 7.
In the meanwhile, there shall be interim order in the following terms :
