The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that both the applicant and the victim are of legal age and their relationship was consensual. It is further stated that the informant had sent various messages to the family members of the applicant, which clearly indicate harassment towards the applicant and his family. sg 50.aba2982-24.docx station as and when required. The learned APP submits that the investigation is almost complete, and prosecution intends to file the charge-sheet within a few days. The applicant's custody is sought solely for medical examination and the seizure of his mobile phone. 3.

The first informant/intervener is present before the Court and has requested legal aid assistance. Mr Sandeep Satkar is appointed as Advocate to espouse the cause of respondent No.2. The legal fees shall be paid by the High Court Legal Service Committee. The office is directed to provide a copy of the Application and other relevant papers, including the impugned order to the Advocate so appointed. 4.
