The applicant Mr.Hemant Kumar Thakur in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 3017 of 2024 and the applicant Mr.Ratnesh Kumar Baidyanath Chaudhary in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 3026 of 2024 will attend the office of the Investigating Officer on 21st February 2025, 22nd February 2025, 24th February 2025 and 25th February 2025 between 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. 3.

The applicants shall not tamper with prosecution evidence and not to influence any of the witnesses of the offence. 4.

Stand over to 10th March, 2025. These matters to come up under the caption 'Urgent Circulation'.
