The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). the said prayer clause reads as under :- "(a) Allow the Intervener to intervene in the present matter and direct the Applicant to add Present Interveners as a Party Respondent in the Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application (St) No. 22865 OF 2024. and/or allow the Intervener to address this Hon'ble Court in order for this Hon'ble Court to come to the just and fair conclusion;"
