Mr. Mane, learned counsel for the Applicants would draw the attention of the Court to an order dated 29 October 2024, by which the Applicants were protected. Such protection continues and is in force until date, which is not opposed by the prosecution. 3.

Mr. Mane, on instructions submits that a charge-sheet in these proceedings is already filed. Mr. Shinde submits that he will take instructions in this regard as Investigating Officer is not present in the Court. He would accordingly request for some time. 4.

Considering the above, list the proceedings for further consideration on 15 October 2025.
