Heard Mr. Jadhav, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants and Ms. Newton, learned APP for the Respondent-State of Maharashtra. 2.
The Applicants, by the present Anticipatory Bail Application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with CR No.165 of 2024 registered on 8th April 2024 with the Vimantal (Airport) Police Station, Pune City, for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 323, 427, 504, 506(2) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The prosecution case is set out in Paragraph No.2 of the Order dated 16th October 2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions
902-ABA-3024-2024.doc Judge, Pune in Criminal Bail Application No.2302 of 2024, which reads as under :- "02 FIR is prima facie revealing that, informant has alleged that, applicant No.1 is her husband and applicant No.2 is father in law. Matrimonial dispute is pending between informant and applicant No.1. On 27.03.2024, when she was at home, applicant No.1 raised quarrel. He beat her during quarrel and also pressed her neck. When her brother intervened, applicant also beat him. Applicant broke down mobile hand set of brother of informant. Thereafter, he threatened of killing mother and brother of informant. On 04.04.2024, when informant was in kitchen, applicant No.2 went near her and outraged her modesty by touching her improperly and by abusing her. On 05.04.2024, applicant No.1 went at her clinic and abused her. Hence, she has filed the report."

It is an admitted position that the Charge-sheet has already been filed. Applicant No.2 is a senior citizen of 82 years. 5.
A learned Single Judge by Order dated 29th October 2024 has protected the Applicants. The said protection continues for last about 1 and 1⁄2 year. As the Charge-sheet is filed, investigation is completed. 6.
Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of in terms of the Order dated 29th October 2024.
