By an order dated 17th February, 2025, the applicant was directed to attend the office of the Investigation Officer on 21st February 2025, 22nd February 2025, 24th February 2025 and 25th February 2025 between 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. 3.

Mr.Jha, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that there is a wedding of the daughter of the applicant today i.e.

KVM 2/2 503 - ABA 3026 OF 2024.doc on 20th February 2025. Hence, the applicant will not be able to attend the office of the Investigating Officer on the dates mentioned above.

The applicant to attend the office of the Investigating Officer on 3rd March 2025, 4th March 2025, 5th March 2025 and 6th March 2025 between 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. 5.

Rest of the order dated 17th February 2025 remains the same.
