Not on board. Mentioned by way of praecipe, for speaking to the minutes in respect of order dated 22nd November, 2024, passed by this Court. 2.

It is pointed out that while in paragraph No.2 of the order, the FIR number is correctly mentioned, in paragraph No.10(i), FIR number, date as well as the police station details are incorrectly stated. It is further pointed out that the dates to remain present before the Investigating Officer are also of July, 2024, which is an obvious error.

In that view of the matter, paragraph No.10 (i), shall read as follows :

"(i) In the event the applicants are arrested in connection with FIR No.0202 of 2024, dated 16.10.2024, registered at Shrikant Malani

P-8.ABA.3038.2024.doc Nashik Taluka Police Station, District Nashik Rural, they shall be released on bail on furnishing PR Bonds of ₹ 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court;

Paragraph No.10(ii) shall stand corrected as follows : "(ii) The applicants shall remain present before the Investigating officer on 27.11.2024 and 28.11.2024 between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon and thereafter, as and when the Investigating Officer calls upon them to remain present;"

The order dated 22nd November, 2024, shall stand corrected and uploaded on the website immediately.
