In this application on 19th November, 2024, this Court had granted interim relief in favour of the applicants with a specific direction to appear before the Investigating Officer on 25th November, 2024 and 26th November, 2024.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits on instructions that the applicants indeed abided by the aforesaid direction and that they have cooperated with the investigation.

Mr. Prashant Jadhav, learned APP, on the other hand, submits that today the Officer is not available and therefore, this Court may consider giving a short adjournment to verify the claim made on behalf of the Shrikant Malani
