In this application, on 19th November 2024, this Court granted interim relief in favour of the applicants, subject to specific conditions, including a direction to appear before the Investigating Officer on specified dates and cooperating with the investigation.

On 6th January 2025, the hearing on this application was adjourned, as the concerned Officer was not present in Court and the learned APP did not have proper instructions as to whether the applicants had cooperated with the investigation. 3.

Even today, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicants have indeed cooperated with the investigation,

Hence, adjourned to 28th January 2025, to be included in the supplementary list, as a matter of last chance for the learned APP to take appropriate instructions in the matter. 5.
