When this application is called out, this Court is informed that the applicant has taken no objection from the advocate on record engaged in filing the application. 2.

As a consequence, today, there is no effective appearance for the applicant in this application, although being an application for anticipatory bail, it is by its very nature, an urgent proceeding.
