The Applicant apprehends arrest in Crime No.453 of 2024 registered with Satara City Police Station, District: Satara, for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(n), 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, "IPC").

By order dated 25th November 2024, the Applicant was protected and was directed to co-operate in the investigation. Accordingly, he has co-operated in the investigation. Charge-sheet is Shantanu S. Dhudum

42-ABA-3126-2024.DOC filed in the present crime on 31st July, 2025 and the case is numbered as Session Case No.105 of 2025.

In view of filing of the charge-sheet, custodial detention of the Applicant is not necessary.

The application is therefore allowed by confirming the interim protection granted to the Applicant vide order dated 25th November, 2024.
