DATE : 17th FEBRUARY, 2025 P.C. :- Mr. Verma, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has attended the office of the Investigating Officer for recording of his statement, and if required, he will again attend the office of the Investigating Officer as and when required. He further submits that as regards the phone number
2/3 of the applicant is concerned, a Swift car and the chit of paper on which allegedly the applicant has written his mobile number has already given to the police station.

The learned A.P.P. submits that in the meanwhile, the brother of the present applicant on 12th October 2024 has created a terror atmosphere by assaulting and physically harming witnesses from the present FIR. He has not even spared a pregnant lady. He further submits that the police report states that the brother of the applicant has created a fearful atmosphere in the entire village. He submits that the victim at present is attending her 12th standard examination and the 12th standard examination will end on 18th March, 2025.

In view of the above, place this matter on board on 24th March, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Urgent Circulation'.

Taking into consideration the above facts, since the
3/3 applicant due to the earlier order passed, is staying out of territory of the concerned Police Station, the brother of the applicant is also directed that he should also stay away from the jurisdiction of the concerned police station till the next date of the hearing.
5, The police would ensure that both, the applicant and the brother of the applicant viz. Mr.Pankaj Anant Bari should not enter in the area of the concerned police station and also at the examination centre where the victim is attending her 12th standard exams.
